DOM-TOM Citoyens is a mobile application allowing users to create geolocated alerts for risk prevention. The objective is to create a community of mutual aid in order to be able to intervene, geolocated in a situation of danger.

Based on Cordova Ionic3 technologies and a Firebase / FireStore Backend. Use of bluetooth BLE 4 +, geofencing, geolocation functions associated with the use of keychain type beacons for creating alerts.
